Every CHUANGSU collection begins on our own production floor in Taishan, Guangdong. We keep the full process in-house so that a set approved as a sample is the set that ships, case after case.
Material Selection
RoHS-compliant acrylic sheet is compounded and cut in-house. Translucent, ivory and imitation-jade grades are matched by tone so finished sets stay consistent across reorders.
Precision Fabrication
Injection molding and CNC cutting hold tile dimensions to tight tolerances — every tile stacks, racks and shuffles the way players expect.
Engraving & Finishing
Laser engraving, automatic polishing and fully automated coloring give clean marks and a smooth, wear-resistant feel.
Print & Color
Vision-guided UV digital printing reproduces fine artwork with color-fast results on flat or concave surfaces.
Quality Control
Incoming inspection, mid-production dimensional checks, finished-set appearance audits and wear testing close the loop before packing.
